So incredibly happy with this purchase! Bought a 2020 Lexus RX 350 for my wife. Our credit union completely messed up our wire transfer and sent it with the wrong routing info on the final payment day. I was panicking that the auction would cancel the sale . The customer service agent stayed on a three-way call with me and my bank for 45 minutes to sort out the tracking and secure the vehicle. Amazing support!

got a loaded 2023 f-350 dually diesel to pull my horse trailer. this truck is an absolute monster. taking off one star because the gate crew took over two hours to find the keys and bring it out to my trailer on pickup day. but the truck itself is mint—spotless interior, zero blowby, and pulls like crazy

Beyond thrilled with our purchase! Got a 2023 G Wagon for my daughter's graduation present. Our credit union had a massive glitch and failed to send the wire transfer before the 24-hour payment deadline. I panicked thinking we’d lose the car . copped a 2022 audi RS5 sportback for $56k flat. everything was golden until i noticed a weird vibration over 70mph during my drive home. took it to my mechanic, turns out two of the 20-inch wheels were slightly bent... prob hit a massive pothole with the previous owner. auction group refused a refund because wheels count as wearable/road wear under their rules, but the manager threw in a $400 credit toward my next auction buy. got the wheels straightened for $300 locally so i actually made out fine. car pulls like a freight train anyway

bro u gotta be kidding me. bought a 2025 Escalade Esv and the delivery guy drops it off with NO GAS. literally bone dry had to walk to the chevron with a gas can. car is fire tho and support gave me a $50 voucher for my next bid cuz i complained about the gas thing. still kinda annoying but whatever
